BD Ripper (3D Plus) out of my depth

OK, purchased the full set of programs almost a year ago, but not really got around to using it as i envisaged due to a heart attack and marital issues plus moving, hectic few months.
I can back up blu rays to blank disks, managed that now, BUT what I really want to do, and have no idea how is this. I have a 2 Tb seagate hard drive, connected to the home wireless network, and I would like to find out how to back up to that, so I can play back over the home wifi on my 50" plasma via the network connected bluray player.
I have no idea which proggy to use, what file type I need or anything, so advice or a link to guidelines would be appreciated.

SO, NO REPLIES YET, LOL am I impatient or can no one help, tried everything I can think of, looked at existing help posts, either I am looking in the wrong place, asked the wrong questions or no one can help me lol.This I fail to believe as there are lots of very knowledgebal peeps on here!
