BD Ripper (3D Plus) WMV HiQ Work 1 Failed, Error = graph 1 1 Error

I'm consistently getting the Work 1 Failed error when trying to encode any BluRay title for backup. This also fails with the same code when trying to encode any DVD title for backup. I'm using the High Quality setting on the WMV encoder.

All hardware encoding is disabled, using software only.

I should also mention this is with the latest version of v9.

I do not have the same issue with conversion to MKV, only WMV. I am using 448kbps bit rate on audio.

I can get this consistently when encoding to WMV.

Version: Latest beta of v9.0.3.2
One pass conversion
Does not matter if it is DVD or BR source.
Source is ripped to the HDD.
I saw this in the new beta release:
New: Added support for WMV 10 output with 5.1 audio tracks.
I'm guessing this has something to do with the 5.1 audio at 448kbps.
For video I use the high quality profile. It doesn't matter if it's 1080p or 720p encoding.

What else do you need to help me with this issue?

So with it just immediately crashing with the graph 1 1 error, is there anything useful I can post to help the devs debug?
