BD Ripper (3D Plus) DVDFab 9.0.4.7

When I try to rip to mp4.avc.aac, the programm crashes. Multiple reports were sended through your software interface. This happens on two systems, wonw ith AMD and the other one with GeForce GFX-Card. I've tried MKV.avc.aac, but this one crashed too! Even when I deactivate hardware acceleration.
So I tried to switch back to V9.0.4.0, this is the last well working one I know, but I can't activate it, it says unknown version. The Version between this two has some bug I am affected to it. So actually, I'm locked out.

Just tired to convert an AVI to mp4. After some Frames, crash. This differ to the Ripper. The BD rip crashes immediatly:

Post #5 can be ignored, looks like a damaged container. After remuxing it worked.

Post #4 ist the ripper log. Post #5 was the converter, tought it's the same problem, but as I wrote, it was a corrupted container.
So post #4 shows the log from the last try of a BD rip. DVDFab immeditaly crashed after starting the process.

OK, after some tests, I got a workaround. DVDFab can not read some discs, even when I try to copy them to the harddisk.

So I used a third party software to rip the whole disk to the Harddisk. Then I selected this drawer in DVDFab and ripped streams I want. This time, everything works fine.

Hope this provides some more information to you the fix that problem.
Do you need to know an example of a Blu-Ray? Bugreports through the programm crash interface are already send.

DVDFab 9.0.4.7 Crash

OK, could be something important:
On the affected BD's the Profile (mp4.h264.aac) changes the audio output automatical to mono. Only mono and stereo is selectable. I have to select the mp4-preset again, then I have all selections back, but DVDFab crashes anyway.
