BD Ripper (3D Plus) Peter Pan DE Not Loading

I am unable to load to rip Peter Pan Diamond addition. I'm using DVDfab Version: 9.0.6.0 in windows 8.0. Other Blue Ray disks have worked just fine.
When I insert the disk I get a message "Application Not Found." I close that window and DVDfab keeps trying to load the disk. In a few minutes another error message appears indicating a read/write error. I can choose to retry, ignore or ignore all. none of these options help. I have cleaned the disk and still no luck.
I set this disk aside and loaded a Criterion production of "Beauty and the Beast" which ripped without a hitch. Also, The PeterPan disk plays on my OPPO.
I'm decoding w/ H.264 CUDA; encoding software & CUDA.
Output size 50; Output Type: Blue Rau writer, Fast/Normal quality.
Blue Ray pProtectio: all items checked.\Log and system info below.

I uninstalled Passkey when I saw that indeed it was trying to open the file along with BD Ripper. After multiple attempts, I still cannot get the file open.

If your receiving read errors, either the disc is dirty, scratched or you have a bad disc.

could also be dirt on the laser lens or weak laser on old burner drive.

Well, the disk is probably bad. It's been cleaned and looks flawless. It also plays on my OPPO.

If this is a new disc, take it back to the store and ask for another disc.

0m 11.18s: DRIVE_VENDOR 0x0080 this 0x0080 from your log file is a error code here is 1 way to fix it.If one restore point doesn't work try a earlier restore point.Then update your file's that you put on the computer after the restore point.



Advanced Computer User Solution (manual fixing):

1) Start your computer and log on as an administrator.

2) Click the Start button then select All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then click System Restore.

3) In the new window, select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" option and then click Next.

4) Select the most recent system restore point from the "On this list, click a restore point" list, and then click Next.

5) Click Next on the confirmation window.

6) Restarts the computer when the restoration is finished
