BD Ripper (3D Plus) Unable to Read DVD

Installed the latest version 9.1.1.9.
Installed "The Wolverine" Blu-Ray.
Then program unable to read the DVD no reading light on drive.

Check your drives firmware internet sight for a update.
If your up to date try Fab version 8.

Where is the DVD

LG drive firmware is up to date v2.00.
Installed current DVDFab version 8.
DVDFab still unable to find any blu-ray dvd I install in drive.

v9.1.1.9 can open the R1 retail version of this disc with no problem. Post the log as requested.

Did you mean you installed the blu ray to hard drive and your blu ray burner drive can't read a blank disk in your drive for burning or did you put a store brought blu ray in the drive and the drive won't even light up to read the disk?

I put the store bought Blu-ray "The Wolverine" into the drive to rip and DVDFab will not read it, I can play the dvd fine.
