    Did the hardware config change?

Are you using a PCIe graphics cards as well, I think there has to be a monitor attached to the Intel graphics and the graphics have to be enabled in the BIOS

I have the same issue with 9.1.3.6 connected properly. The analyzer says it should be working properly? Could be the driver version? No biggie.

Thanks for checking Dora, it is a problem with the Intel graphics driver version 3496. I rolled back a version and it's ok.

Are you use the driver version 3496?

I've report the issue to developer that DVDFab could not detect IQS after update driver to 3496.
Please wait some time to fix it.

                Thanks!

Oh, this maybe my problem , I think I just downloaded that version of the Intel driver and I can't get IQS working anymore. What is the last 'known' Intel HD Graphics driver known to be working with DVDFab & IQS?

Yep fixed it ... downgraded Intel HD graphics driver to the January 2014 version, 3412 (v15.33.13.3412) and Intel Quick Sync is running fine again. Definately would not work on the latest Intel driver mentioned earlier in this post.

This has been driving me crazy for days, cheers everyone.
