I'll add my log file and converting screenshot with GT750 later.

Support CUDA 5.0 is a new function. We should help kacos to resolve the issue that converting crash with GT750 Ti.

In our testing, the conversion speed is 180~250 fps in ripper when converting with CUDA lightning-shrink. (ISO file in HDD).

Please post your logs the default location is:

        Thank you Wilson !
        180~250 fps sounds good
Any way to combine the intel and cuda gpus to get even better results? If you could do that, it would be super :-D

Ok he was quoting your log but said he had the same message in his logs so maybe he has the same card anyway or why would he get the same message in his log files?

I would roll back the driver they made it work with driver 335.23 cuda v6.0 comp 5.0 so that's what i would use.I know it's not the latest version but I think it's what they used to make it work.Try that first maybe it will work on the older driver. Also make sure your using 9151 beta that's the one that has the firmware.

You have a good PC, to use IQS and CUDA together, just connect the HD 4600 and GT750 to same monitor.

I would roll back the driver they made it work with driver 335.23 cuda v6.0 comp 5.0 so that's what i would use.I know it's not the latest version but I think it's what they used to make it work.Try that first maybe it will work on the older driver.
Forgot to say, that we are using the driver 335.23, the new driver 337.88 is released in our testing day and not get the update message.

Would you please roll back to driver 335.23 and try again? And I'll try the new driver.

ok, uninstalled nvidia 337,88, rebooted, installed 335,23 rebooted
                disabled intel hd video

opened fab and tried to rip the same BD same settings as before ..
Result? Application just dissapeared (aka closed) - no warning, no anything :-/

so that's for the nvidia driver

FYI, if I didn't disable the intel driver, it defaulted to intel quick sync,

and did as before (average ~120fps after the first 5 minutes), so I stopped it.

Well for the test to compare with Wilson I would only use the one card to see if that's where the problem lies.

Wilson in your tests you say this:
In our testing, the conversion speed is 180~250 fps in ripper when converting with CUDA lightning-shrink. (ISO file in HDD).

Do you mean this is converting a iso already on the hard drive correct?

You are using a I-5 2400K@3.10GHZ processor he is using a i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz plus you each have the GTX750TI 60 50 but he also has a GT630 6.0 50 Shouldn't he bypass the 180-250fps in ripper with lightning shrink when converting iso on hard drive?

Karcos: You seem to me like your converting from disk how about trying converting from hard drive to see FPS lets compare apples to apples.

my friend, what's the point of first copying a BD to disk and then ripping it if it will take double time to do this?

The whole point of "acceleration" is to do it from BD drive to file in as less time as possible. Imagine if you had to rip a large library of disks (say 5000) .. it would take you a year to do it this way ;-)

I am willing to try in order to help fix something, but trust me, I already spent 2,5 months almost full time ripping disks .. I'm tired, really.

I believe your limited by the speed of the drive much slower converting from the disk drive and more wear and tear on the drive that's what i was always taught.

Should things have changed then please enlighten me and also clue me in to how you are able to get around the expanding files copy protection and when Fab picks the wrong title by converting from disk? I love to learn new things so feel free to teach I am all ear's.

                              Valid point!

ok, now you hit a point i am not sure about: speed of the drive.

I bought both BD drives a few months ago, and I'm pretty sure they weren't any faster on the market. Your question remains to be answered if and when I am sure cuda support is up to par with intel. For one thing, wear/tear as you mention, specific to the discs is irrelevant, as most of the discs (if not all) I have, have been used once or maybe twice, and are in mint condition.

But to through the question back to you, compare the time it takes to copy the movie in whatever file version to your disc, and then rip it, to just rip it directly from the BD drive ...

Yes, I'm using an ISO file that already saved on the HDD of PC.

@kacos, if you try the ISO file, the conversion speed of IQS shrink should be also around 200 fps.

The conversion speed is affected by the read speed of driver.

And seems like CUDA with GT750 works for you after back to driver 335.23?
