BD Ripper (3D Plus) Despicable me (and others)

Hi All,

I am having trouble ripping Despicable Me (Blu Ray). I always end up with vertical bars on the sides of the picture (see attached). I am not using the crop function. My profile description is :-

Frame Rate Same As Source
Resolution 1368x572
Encoding Fast (1-pass)
Quality Normal

Audio
Codec MP3
Channels Stereo
Sample Rate 44100Hz
Bit Rate 128 kbps
Volume 100%

Subtitle
Mode Extract to idx\sub file

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? This happens on The Big Lebowski too so far

The aspect ratio for this title is 1.85:1 but it is pillarboxed with the black bars to 2.39:1. If you set crop to automatic it should remove the black bars. Big Lebowski is also 1.85:1 native and is probably pillarboxed also.
