DVD Ripper Small image with black lines on 4 sides

I used DVDFab to rip DVD without issue for years but now when trying to rip the DVD "Blended", the output MKV file is both letterboxed and pillarboxed. Meaning that the file has top+botton black lines AND left+right black lines. I used DVDFab for Mac v 9.1.6.8. I know that it would be helpful also post our "config file" so I have attached my internal log.

Sorry you had trouble with it, I don't have that disc. Maybe the QA Team in Beijing has it and can take a look on Monday morning there. The log will help.

      Same issues with other DVD

I have got the same issue with other DVDs like "Her" of "Under the skin". So the issue is not only with "Blended". But most of the DVDs do not generate that issue when ripped. Strange ...

Please ripper to the original profile of DVD itself and see the result. e.g. MKV, MP4... not the mkv.default.

Could you please clarify your recommendation? What does mean "to the original profile of DVD itself"? Thanks.

See the screenshot and change the resolution to 720x480 instead of what DVDFab auto-crops.
