This Notice is to alert you that the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) Holiday is underway in China and much of Asia and for this reason the DVDFab Office will be closed until February 4. During this period, support by chat and email will not be available but the forum will be here for any problems you may encounter. Purchases of new products and license renewals may be made normally on the DVDFab website. Thanks for your understanding and Happy New Year!
I've got exactly the same thing and asking me to check for the latest version I've tried re installing it with no success nothing works at all so it must be a problem Dvdfabs servers.
I've received a similar error with 9.1.8.3. Also, If it does get past that point, it then crashes with the following error:
BEGIN
DVD Fab 9 ...[full name]... has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
[Debug] [Close Program]
END
I don't bother with the Windows Debug option: I just send the crash reports to DVDFab whenever I'm presented with the option to do so. I didn't have these problems with 9.1.8.1.
Is there somewhere I can download 9.1.8.1 until there is an update to 9.1.8.x?
All
