When ripping john wick BD there is no sound or if I uncheck 7.1 and check one of the others sound is out of sync is there s a setting I need to do?

We need more information to be able to help you. Please tell us the profile you are using and the audio settings. The DVDFab internal log session from the conversion would also be helpful (instructions for this are in my sig).
