BD Ripper (3D Plus) obscurification

Is there anything in the works on defeating the new menu obscurification that the studios appear to be injecting on all of the BluRay's?

I have read on other boards that The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 has different title numbers depending upon the retailer (Walmart is different from Amazon which is different from Target and different from BestBuy).

They are just different versions of the disc, with slightly different authoring. It is hard to believe that this can be an economical procedure for the studios, and it may be that it is reserved for high interest titles, like Mockingjay Pt. 1. It doesn't really prevent copying, just delays it a day or two. Obfuscation is also used on some DVDs.
