    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Internet required to open this blu-ray disc

    Just started happening on all version of Fab... is there a server problem?

    Must have been a server problem. Went away on its own. Everything works now.

      Everything has been fine since about 9-10 hours ago. Seems to have been a connectivity problem at the farm.

        Issue still open?

        Hi there,

        are there still problems?
        Version 9.1.9.7 as well as 9.1.9.8 didn't work for me no matter when I tried the last 3-4 days.

            Working fine for me except for a brief glitch last night with BD decryption. Ironice, please post an internal log.

              Hi,

              Please post the log file.

              Would you please also check the anti-virus software setting or Windows firewall? Allow DVDFab to connect the Internet.

              Please post your logs the default location is:
              For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
              For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
              Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
              If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
