We need to know the version of the disc you have (region and country) and which version of DVDFab you are using. Some of this and other useful info would be in the parts of the internal log that you did not post. Instructions for accomplishing this correctly are linked in my sig.

Tried again this evening and it seems to have recognized it. Perhaps it was just a temporary issue.
