    DVD Ripper Error - 2041

    Hi

I keep getting Error - 2041:an invalid sample description was found in the movie

when I try to open anything converted to mp4 in Quicktime. When I try to open it with iTunes it won't play at all but I don't get that warning. I haven't changed any of the settings and it doesn't matter what I try to rip I still get that message.

    Help?

Hi Tardis, thanks. We need the complete log session, which begins with a time stamp. You can view and edit the log file with Notepad. The file may contain many log sessions listed by date and time, with the most recent entries at the end of the file. Just copy and paste the correct one into a new text file and attach it to another post.
