Audio options for MKV passthrough

Hi everyone,
I'm not really getting the 4 choices about audio to make MKV passthrough files :

when we have a DTS-HD MA track, here are the choices : the audio track itself, and 2 options (keep HD or take out HD). So, we can:

1- tick the audio track, and leave the 2 options blank
2- tick one of the options.
3- tick both of them !

So what really are the differences between those options ? How can you tick "keep HD" and "take out HD" at the same time ?

tick both of them , you can get two of audio trick . (HD and remove HD)
You can tried by yourself.

Thanks ! I just wonder how to test the end result. And could you make the choices clearer, by changing the words used in the options ?
