    Cannot rip "Rango" DVD

    DVD Fab Ripper starts to analyze then stops.

    I have lifetime
    • DVDFab DVD Copy
    • DVDFab DVD Ripper


    Would appreciate any advice, thank you
    SPECS:
    DVD-Copy ... lifetime
    DVD-Ripper ... lifetime
    Win7 Home Premium 64bit
    SSD for C:\
    HDD (internal) for D:\
    Lite-On CD/DVD RW: iHAS324-07 WU

    Hi, please post your dvdfab_internal.log file here, thanks in advance.

    DVDFab log default location:
    For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
    For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

    DVDFab Player 5:
    For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log

      Thank you Ning for such a prompt reply

      LOG file is 54,000 lines long, too large for adding to "CODE" panel

      LOG/TXT version is 2.98MB
      PDF version is 3.21 MB

      ... both too large for adding as a "CODE"

      How would I send it to you ? DropBox ? (It is years since I used DropBox)
      - or do you have a preferred cloud service ?

          Attached is my "dvdfab_internal.log" for the date I am having problems with.

          Your "upload" instructions have been copied and saved as a TXT file in my own "Helpers" drive. Thank you.

            please update your dvdfab version to 9.2.1.9 and try the disc again.
            your current version is old and out of date.
