BD Ripper (3D Plus) 9.2.2.3 crashing

Ripped couple of titles just fine (underworld revolution and Paul) now just crashing on each disc inserted.
Won't send crash report as it doesn't find an email programme - i just use webmail (googlemail).

Anyone else getting crashing after ripping several titles ?

Haven't had time to install it yet, does it crash if you don't put another disc in? I will try it also.

Yes, I'm also getting crashes after updating 9.2.2.3.

Attempting to rip Mr. Pip (Australasian Version) and it's not only crashing the app as soon as I insert the disc, but also crashing the DVDFab error reporting dialogue box when that appears.

It not crashing on every disc though, just that one title so far.

Have reinstalled 9.2.1.9, and I am able to rip the movies that were previously crashing. Will wait for a fix before installing the latest version.

Most users keep the two or three most recent installers. Older versions are not officially supported. Partial internal logs are not helpful, let the developers decide what parts are relevant by posting the full log session for the disc you are trying to copy.

Ok, So i have rebooted and DVDfab still crashing on Red (2010) region B Bluray.
Taking a handful of bluray films that were working until this latest update
Paul, Gandhi, underworld se, ultraviolet, salmon fishing in yemen, mad max fury road and highlander = recognises film fine and ready to rip
                  Rampart = crash

                  Films not yet ripped
thing (2012) = oops cinavia protection
                  Lucky number slevin - crash
Terminator Salvation - took about 10minutes but was ready to rip
Serenity - took about 5minutes but was ready to rip
                  your highness extended - crash
                  resident evil - fine
                  resident evil apocalypse - fine
                  resident evil extinction - fine
resident evil afterlife - oops cinavia protection
may payne harder cut - fine
                  mechanic - fine
                  Hobbit -BOTFA extended - fine

Up until this update i only ever had issue with 1 disc - someone else reported problems in a different thread with this film - chronicle or something similarly named.

How do i go about getting a slightly earlier version of dvdfab and can i just over install over this version until a fix has been released?
                  Ta.

I see from newer posts in other parts of the forum that 9.2.2.3 has been recognised to cause problems and that v9.2.2.4 has been released that has fixed the random crashing problem.

Would have been nice for support in each thread bringing attention to this problem that the problem has been recognised and is being worked on, or roll the threads together. Rather than, nothing.

The first of my problem blu rays (Red) is working fine at about my usual ripping speed, so i guess this can be classed as not a problem any more.

When a solution for a problem is posted in a new release, all threads may not be updated. Most users find and install the new version without difficulty (as you did yourself). We do update threads, but only on an "as-time-permits" basis.
