DVD Ripper Apply to All? Nahhhhhh!

What am I missing here? I'm making changes to the H.265 profile, checking the "apply to all" box, clicking the OK button, and it's only applying the changes to the profile I highlighted?

I can't even do a ctrl+click/shift+click on all items in the list, to try to do to that way.
