BD Ripper (3D Plus) Subtitles (all or nothing)

I'm trying to get subtitles on only foreign conversations such what was seen in the theaters. All I get is full captions or nothing. I've tried tweaking the settings but I'm not getting anywhere. Any suggestions?

The setting will be different for every movie unfortunately. Pick a chapter that has lots of translation subs and use just that chapter to speed up testing. Is there some particular title you are working on now?

All or nothing generally means the translations are somewhere else, probably another stream further down the list.
