BD Ripper (3D Plus) Alvin and The Chipmunks - Road Chip (UK)

Hi

Can anyone assist with an error reading the Blu-ray "Alvin and The Chipmunks, The Road Chip"? The error returned when reading the disc is "This Blu-Ray disc contains BD+ protection which is not supported for now". The log shows that the BD+ protection is 12.

I have checked the firewall as I know that has an impact on decrypting, yet no issues that I can see with that configuration. I have also tried other blu-rays and they have no problems reading or ripping.

Any ideas?

Please attach the DVDFab internal log session for this disc. It may not be supported, although other versions of this title are.

It is not supported, even though the support list says all known versions are supported. Suggest you add it to the BD+ Report sticky thread http://forum.dvdfab.cn/showthread.ph...ewpost&t=17150 using the format shown in post #1 of that thread.
