BD Ripper (3D Plus) An Unknown Error Occurred

Since the last 2 updates I have been receiving "An Unknown Error Occurred" on disks that have previously ripped just fine. I just updated to 10.0.4.0. Still having the same issue. Examples would be Sing & Furious 7.

Please advise.

Just tested a new release in versions 9 & 10 it worked they may need to do more work on the server to get it working for all disks it's not a version of fab problem but a server problem try again later.

I've check my firewall and adjusted all rules pertaining to DVDFab. I've reinstalled DVDFab. I am still having the issue of "Unknown Error Occurred" when the disk is reading. Below is the log:
