Trouble Connecting while ripping BluRay

Trying to rip a BluRay and get "an internal error has occurred."

At the end of the log I see:

I'm getting something similar when doing a bluray copy. Just get an error of 'An unknown error has occurred.';
looking in the logs, it looks to be some kind of connection failure problems:

I updated already and there are no newer versions.

I am having the same error today. just updated and getting a popup message "an unknown error has occurred"

The too many connections message means that all available connections to the db are in use by other clients (usually because a site is under a DDoS attack but can also be a runaway app etc).
