All Eyez on Me (2017) BD Crashing Ripper

I have tried both versions of DVDFab (64 and 32-bit) and they both crash when the Blu-ray of

All Eyez on Me (2017)

Is inserted. Included are any of the log files I can find. Not sure if you need anything else.

Download the new 1061 beta and give it a try New: The conversion failure problems when converting certain discs.
P.S. You graphics firmware is far out of date we are using .8541 your version 8253 their were many bug fixes in between versions update it.

The retail version of this disc is fully supported by v10.0.6.1 Beta, the Cinavia Removal is not available yet.

It's not running correctly in DVDFab, see update in post #6 of this thread.

It still seems to be crashing on me. Version 10.0.6.1 on a clean reboot will mount the disk sometimes, but when it starts to rip it will fail every time. If I try to mount the disk without a clean reboot it will crash. I went ahead and sent a crash report. Any other suggestions?I assume this is a retail version, it was purchased from Amazon

I did update my video driver even though it didn't seem to affect other titles. And I tried the new beta. Gut feeling tells me it's a server communication issue again, but who knows?

Please attach the internal log session for this disc with v10.0.6.1 that shows the problem. I am testing it with an Amazon version also. If the video driver was the problem, it would likely happen with all discs. I have not updated mine since January, and generally don't if it is working OK with DVDFab. If you used the internal update (from within DVDFab) try a full download, run it As Administrator and then reboot your PC. Sorry you are having a problem with this.

UPDATE: I have been able to duplicate the crash once now in Ripper mode. Still checking.

UPDATE:

There is a problem with this title in DVDFab, the disc will sometimes open but will crash when Copy or Ripper is started. However, Passkey v2.5.1.5 can open and rip it to disc with no errors and fully playable with licensed players like PowerDVD. The Passkey output still can't be opened with DVDFab presently.

Thank you for checking it out for me. I generally don't change my video driver either unless I'm having issues with it. Another disc that I had crash problems with is the original "Clerks" also purchased from Amazon.

Do you wish me to go ahead and upload the log for either of these discs. Since you were able to reproduce the error, I'm not sure if you need it or not.

This is still a problem on 10.0.6.5. Though instead of outright crashing, it hangs, stuck.

All, Please install DVDFab v10.0.6.7 Beta and try this title again, the problem is corrected and should work fine, if not please attach the DVDFab internal log session from your disc.
