"An Internal Error Has Occured. Please check for new version" error keeps happening

I'm using DVDFab 10.0.6.2 32bit to rip using H265.MKV 1pass and I keep getting the error:
"An internal error has occured.
Please check if there is a new version at the dvdfab website."

I can get passed this error if I close and reopen the program.
This has happened multiple times today and with different blurays.

The error in the internal.log has been:
Failed to open... followed by three digits like 306 then 307.

Is this just a server error or something wrong on my end?

I think it is a server issue, I noticed the same thing earlier today. Working fine about an hour later. The parts of it I can check seem to be fine.
