    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Blu-Ray sources not opening 10.0.7.1

    I was having trouble ripping my Pirates - Dead Men Tell No Tales Blu-Ray and saw that 10.0.7.1 was released which included updates related to my CPU. I installed it and I am unable to open the source now. DVDFAB 9.x is able to open the source. I tried both this and my Emoji Movie (its for the kids!) and the results are the same;

    Basically nothing happens - it never even launches the opening source window.

    The folder seems not complete, please try to open the disc to see the result.

      I am able to open the disks and browse the contents of them - perhaps my drive has kicked the bucket.

      In v.9 it opens the source and I can select what I want to do however when I attempt to start the process it errors out immediately with this message;

      Work 1 failed, Error = config_mobile empty parallel data

      Logs say;

      0m 04.89s: opening drive D
      0m 04.90s: DriveX msg: media open(false) failed in driveX D.

        So you mean V10 can support the disc correctly, but V9 cannot?

          If you can open it with v9 and windows explorer there is nothing wrong with your drive. Check your I/O mode selections in DVDFab Common Settings and attach the complete log session for this disc, instructions for this are linked in my sig, below.

          fengtao I did not see your post, he says v9 will open it, v10 will not.

            This is really embarrassing. I was not running the program as an Administrator. When I did that, I was able to load the source without issue. I apologize for the trouble here.

              It's OK, Windows just thinks it is protecting you.
