Star Trek Voyager Boxset DVD

I recently purchased the StarTrek Voyager box set. I ripped the entire set (yeah without testing it fully). The picture quality is decent, but every so often the video skips ever so slightly as well as the sound. It is not a huge problem, but it happens about 4 or 5 times on every single episode, and at different times. Not sure what is wrong or how to correct it.
Here is the first season's worth of logs. I have just recently update to version 10.0.7.3, but haven't ripped Voyager with this new version.

Wow, sorry to hear about this problem. Did you burn them to disc or write them to a HDD folder

Ripped to a hard drive. I then copy them to another hard drive on my plex server.

The logs look normal. Do you see this effect if you play them from your PC with different players (VLC, Fab Player etc.)? Try the newer version on a couple of episodes and see if it makes any difference. If you have the free MediaInfo tool, please let it analyze one of the problem output files and attach the text output to a post.

That is weird. Ok, I tried VLC on 6 different episodes for 5 minutes a piece, and I did not see one skip. This may be a Plex issue. I just watched a movie that I ripped with newer version of DVDFAB, and I didn't see a skip in the movie. So now I need to focus my attention to my Plex box. Thanks.
