Please attach the DVDFab internal log sessions for these discs with DVDFab in Copy mode (no need to actually copy them). Instructions for this are linked in my sig, just below the text of this post. The developers may also need some of the files from the discs, please monitor your PM inbox, they will contact you there if they do.

Thank you, signals! I emptied the complete log folder. After inserting one of the DVDs and starting DVDFab in copy mode, I copied the new generated log files into the attached zip file.

CORRECTION!

Oohh, I'm sorry, the former attached zip file is wrong – it contains the content of the "TV series" of the Bullerby Children, which works fine.

Now I have attached the correct log files of the Bullerby "movies", which have the problem.

Hello Fiorello,

Please do the following steps to find out the needed information and send them to us:
1. Disable Cloud Decryption Service and Enable PathPlayer in Common Settings > DVD section, open the problematic disc in DVDFab again;
2. After opened, click on "i" button next to the main movie title, select "Export Source Info" in popup window; it will generate a VIDEO_TS folder, a Info.txt and a DISC.BIN file to the chosen location, which is DVDFab10\Log folder;
3. Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\DVDFab10, zip the whole DVDFab10 Log folder and send it to us.
