BD Ripper (3D Plus) getting files sizes down but keeping quality?

There is a ripper on a private site I am on who uploads a lot of HEVC movies that are between 2.3 and 2.5GB, theses movies manages to keep their quality at this size. Would anyone know if its possible to setup DVDFab 10 to achieve this? In most cases the bitrate is around 2850 which is what I try and it ends up not working out, so I end up spending a few more days trying to get right. lol

You need to supply additional information, such as the Quality settings you are using and a DVDFab internal log session from one of the ones that fails to meet your expectations of size or quality, How is the quality not sufficient? How large is too large? AV Codec settings?

Example:

I am trying to rip the movie on Blu Ray using DVDFab 10.8.0 x64 - Other Guys. When I set it code to MKV.H265 10bit, resolution 1920x1080, encode method - HQ (2pass), frame 23.976 9 (same as source), video quality - HQ. it shows Bit Rate - 4972 Output Size 4509 MB. Audio is AC3/5.1 channels/48KHz and 448kpbs bite rate.

If I change the VQ to customize and put in 3253 it shows the output size of 3080 MB.

Here is the same video info ripped by someone else using DVDFab, the file size is 2.4GB with the the he same high quality the full high quality (4509MB file). This is the stats the person includes with the movie.
