Audio track cannot be copied in BD Ripper

I tried to copy the Blu Ray of Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind using the MT2S passthrough option in BD Ripper. However, only the video and subtitle track were successfully copied. The audio track wasn't recognized by DVDFab and not copied. I have pasted the log below.

Any suggestions how to solve this? Sorry if this has already been posted before, couldn't find a similar issue when I searched the forum.

What are the audio tracks of the Blu-ray of "Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind"? When you load the disc to DVDFab, are the audio tracks displaying correctly under the Audio section on the main screen?

No, that's the problem. When I load the disc to DVDFab (Blu Ray Ripper option), no audio or subtitle tracks are displayed in the main screen. If I start the rip task anyway, video and subtitle tracks are correctly saved but there are no audio tracks.

Hi Peter, we are not sure about the audio track info of this disc, so please playback the disc on TV or using other software player on your PC, check what audio tracks this movie has, so that we can find a movie that has the similar audio info and test on our side.

Hi Mona,

I played the Blu Ray in the Leawo player on my laptop and there it works fine. When checking the audio settings of the player it lists 2 possible audio tracks:
1. English DTS HD MA 5.1
2. English AC3 stereo

Neither appear when I open the disc in DVDFab. In the log I pasted above it seems like DVDFab doesn't detect the tracks. It says:

Hi Peter, thank you for the info. We are trying to find a movie that has the same audio info for testing now. Meanwhile, please update to the latest version of DVDFab 10 to try again and see if the audio tracks displaying in DVDFab or not.

Please also try to load other movies on your side to see if it will make a difference.

And then open the BDMV\STREAM folder, copy the 00032.m2ts file out.

I have just finished uploading the files. The name is ETERNAL SUNSHINE FILES_20180816.rar.

I also tried ripping the disc after updating to the latest version of DVDFab, but this unfortunately made no difference.

when you ripping are you letting dvdfab pick the title automatically? have you tried going into other titles and seeing if any are listed with around the same length of time with the correct audio tracks.
