Audio not working when I rip and try to watch on my TV.

Please help. I use to be able to rip my DVDs in MP4 and watch them on my WD cloud drive no problem. This was with DVDfab 9.
I recently bought DVDfab 10 and now the video rips no problem but I never have sound. Have tried 3 different movies. They burn ok onto a blank DVD and I have sound but not when I rip to a hard drive. Please help. I have tried a few different ways in the settings but never get sound.

Please attach the DVDFab internal log session from one of the "no audio" conversions. Also, please try playing them on your PC using a software player and tell us if you have audio there.
