Stephen, this new title is not fully supported yet unfortunately. Normally this would be a quick fix but the office is currently closed for a national holiday. I have the disc and will send the developers any needed files to correct the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We will release a new version of DVDFab Passkey today. It will support this movie. Please download the newest version of DVDFab Passkey once it is released to re-copy the disc and post the result, thank you very much in advance!

I also have a problem with the Hunter Killer Blu-Ray DVD.
I get the following in the settings option of DVDFab Passkey 9.3.3.9::

What is the country where your disc was purchased? The Region A version is supported, your disc does not appear to be.

You may need to supply some files from the disc so that the developers can support it. I can send you instructions via the forum Private Message system if you are willing to do this, it will speed up support for your version of the disc.
