just bought new version of bluray ripper, only doing about 12 frames per second where as version 9 does about 38 frames per second on same exact disc, WHY? attached are the logs

This is probably due to something on your PC, conflicting software or some other local problem. Check in DVDFab Common Settings->AV Codec to see if GPU acceleration is enabled.

DVDFab 9 is old and at that time we do not care quality on 4k palyer,
DVDFab 11 use better quality for 4k palyback. So this is the reason slow now.
We will change to make this much smart for low speed cpu and small file.

2. your i5-3470 CPU have QSV hardware.
If your are intersted , your can enable GPU on BIOS, and use hardware for speed up .

For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log

Please update to DVDFab 11.0.2.3 .
Speed should better.
If still have problem , please attach new log file.
