BD Ripper (3D Plus) DVDFab 11.0.2.6 crashing from Preview Window

While trying to use the Preview window in 11.0.2.6 x64 on the bluray A League of Their Own (1992) (US), the Ripper module crashes.
The Preview window will progress about 4secs into the movie, but will take about 46secs to get there. I'll use the slider button to move further into the movie and the ripper module will crash with Program Not Responding.

I'm going to go back to 11.0.2.4 to see if I still have this problem.

A lot of work needs to be done with regards to the Preview Window. I've been having issues with this feature for months now. It seems like only one firmware upgrade out of ten works correctly.
Can you please get this sorted.

Might be a problem with the disk.
Going to try using a different cd drive.

I have a couple weeks to return the disc for a replacement.
Let me know if I should go that route or if there is an issue with the Preview Window causing DVDFab to crash.

In Common Settings, try setting Preview to Internal.

It was already on Internal.
I switched it to DirectShow, but that didn't work at all. The program didn't crash either.

Received a new replacement disc and it Ripped perfectly fine.
