I'm having a problem getting the subtitles for the Spanish speaking parts to rip into either MKV or MP4 for Dora and the lost city of gold. The first instance occurs at 20:31. I've tried all sorts of combinations of settings and I'm not getting anywhere. Any suggestions?

DVD or BD? The DVDFab internal log session for the disc would be helpful to check the disc ID to make sure of the version.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

On the Blu-ray, select the topmost English sub stream only and click Forced subs and forced only buttons. Then, on the Ripper setup page, select Direct Render to Video if you want it to look exactly as it did in theaters. The first forced subs actually appear at 00:04:32 playtime.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ You are welcome, subs are tricky due to the many different methods they use to author them. No reason they could not be standardized. Best approach is to just think of it as a game (disc owner vs studio) that DVDFab will help you win.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................
