Ver 12.0.1.6 Subtitles Not Rendering Direct To Video

Since the upgrade from version 11 to version 12 I have experienced problems getting subtitles to render directly when ripping in MKV format. When I fall back to version 11 it works the way I am expecting. The log file ID is 11257819. Please make me aware of any improper settings.

The choice of mode (Passthrough vs. Encode) can impact this since direct render requires and Encode profile.
