Profiles Wrong File Size Video Output

I have ripped a DVD5 several times using different Apple mp4 profiles, mainly mobile and theater, using different resolution settings and specifying file sizes but the video always comes out 7.5GB.
I have tried using 2 pass quality settings with the same result. I then used the mobile profile with the generic "Standard" 658MB options and the file was still 7.5GB.

I ran another test using single pass settings.

These are the settings I used. File size should have been 1791MB but again it ended up as 17.5GB.

Your user group (“New Member") has a smaller allocation of data allowed for uploads of text and images. I think you may have exceeded it, but I could not read the error message, sorry. The method you used is fine but has the disadvantage of not being seen when the office is closed on weekends and holidays.

I just ran a new test after deleting my old log file. Before the resulting file was 17.5GB, after this test the file jumped to 22GB using the same MP4 profile.

They were checking the file size of the output of the movie in the Ripper module. I responded to the forum size too large for upload.
