Dvdfab 6 dvd to mobile problems

Just purchased dvd fab6 dvd to mobile for one year,it says my name in that box at the menu with all the options but in the enabled box it says no, i started dvdfab6 and tried to click on dvd to ipod/iphone and it does nothing.

please help a.s.a.p

Hi Jake, did you receive a key via email? If so you'll need to enter the key either by double clicking on it or cut and paste. Click the question mark at the top of the opening screen and then click "about". Is DVD to Mobile registered to you?

the problem is that it says dvd to mobile is not enabled,im registered and it has my name and the expire date, i just need to know how to enable it.

Did you purchase or already have DVD to DVD? DVD to Mobile will not work without it. The Buy Now page should pop up an advisory if you try to do this.
