Ultra mode fails

Ultra mode fails, Premium works great. Premium runs about 2x faster than the previous version (~8.3 fps now). Log ID 6768542

Ultra runs about 25 fps for 4-5 seconds, then says complete, but only produces an unplayable file of ~300KB.

the problem with ultra is the same problem that I have using the rtx 2080 super chip, however I am not given the option of choosing between premium or ultra. I thought ultra was chosen by default when using a high end card (perhaps it is just another bug)

I have an rtx 2080 with 8GB ram, it allows me to choose either option but only Premium actually works. But no worries, Ting will get it going.
