No Video

Hello,

I have been trying out the Trial version of Ai

But my AI stopped working.

When I use AI, all I get is Audio, NO Video.

I even Un-Installed everything and waited for another Update.

It looks like I am the only one having this Problem.

Please look into this.

Please use the Feedback button in DVDFab Settings to send the developers the log. What are you using to play back the upscaled title?

I have the VLC Player and the Cyberlink Player.

I was hoping a Update would fix the Problem.

And it probably will if the developers can duplicate the problem. The office reopens in about 11 hours.

Update, I can’t duplicate this in Copy mode, worked fine. Played in PowerDVD19 and VLC.

I have not used the COPY mode for it.

Used DVD to Bluray- MKV- for Ai, and its the same Problem.

Not sure, but I think it was around the time they did a plug-in

Is there a way to Un-Install the Ai, because I dont see it on my Computer?

It is part of the DVDFab GUI and installs with DVDFab. If you want to revert to an earlier version, you can use the uninstaller that comes with Fab, it is in the Program Files folder.
I will retest it using your settings.

UPDATE:
I made a DVD to Enlarger MKV accepting all default settings, worked fine. So it appears the problem is either related to the Source file or something on your pc, which the devs can probably determine from the logs you submitted.

I have tried to Install an earlier version, but wont install it, it installs my latest version.

Also, AI is not Part of the DVDfab GUI, it is installed separately.

I installed newer versions of DVDfab, since AI came out, and put AI in separate Folder.

I Installed the Newer Version of DVDfab, and it did not fix the Problem.

So a few days later, I thought I would try to Re-Install AI.

When I went to Re-Install AI, AI said there was a Newer Version of DVDfab.

But I had already installed the Newer Version,

so I went ahead and Re-Installed the Newer Version again.

But still have the same Problem.

I deleted everything of DVD I could find, and Installed the Newer Version.

And still have the same Problem.

You can go to Control panel to uninstall DVDFab and then use CCleaner to remove the registry, reboot and then download the latest DVDFab 11 to try again.
