I have a lifetime membership and have been using the Windows versions. If I switch to a MAC can I install the MAC version, and stop using the Windows version, or would I need to buy another license?

Yes, you need to pay for the mac version license. -
DVDFab should be offering previous customers a discount for being loyal and converting to Mac versions. That's how all other software companies handle it
