Installation License file damaged

Hi,

Just installed the latest version for the mac, and now when I start it up I get a pop up that just says 'License file is damaged'

I've uninstalled, deleted the user directories, and reinstalled, and it still says the same.. so no idea how to make it work now..

With the PC version, you would just download a replacement key file from the Member area on the DVDFab website. Not sure if this works with the Mac version yet, but try it.

Thanks, but the mac version is all online based, there are no license keys to download or install.

If I install the old version, that works fine, but not the new version.

Hi MattUK,

There is an official version of DVDFab For Mac 8.1.6.9 that you can get here
You should always login as administrator to install and run DVDFab on your Mac computer. Then this message 'License file is damaged' will disappear.
