Well I also contacted support with not working DVDFab ( not solved yet) - I cannot contact verification server ( though internet is working) , so the program always stuck there and then stops

Did you check your firewall?

Yes, I switched it off- no change. Always stuck on "trying to connect verification server" and after a while the program simply stops
