American Colony: Meet the Hutterites not backing up

I bought the DVD and wanted to backup National Geographic's "American Colony: Meet the Hutterites". THe DVDs will not recognize in different drives. If I play the video, it plays fine. I wonder if it has a funky type of copy protection the DVD Fab hasn't seen yet.

Any help would be appreciated.

are you saying dvdfab won't open the disc or your drive won't read the disc???

Post the DVDFab internal log. If it is a group of episodes (not a single show) disable PathPlayer or use Clone mode.

dvdfab won't open the disc - the DVD will play on DVD players... but DVDFab will not recognize it. I tried it on several computers, so I know it is not the DVD, the DVD Drive.

It has to be a copy protection DVDFab hasn't solved yet???

Has anyone looked at my log files to see that is going on?

There has been no action since moved to Mac Forums.

The same issue persists on the Windows Version of DVD Fab as well.

I bought a license for my Windows machine - same issue.
