The Blu-ray Ripper module will extract the audio stream and convert it (or just copy it as is) to any of the choices shown below. Not sure, I see you also do not have WMA. Could be a GUI issue, please try expanding your window or hover your mouse over the right side border to see if a scroll bar appears.
