DVD fab will not rip any UHD disc. When loading disc in player always getting pop up that says the disc is unreadable. Tried to rip Midway which did not work also tried older titles that where previously ripped and received the same pop up .Please help Thanks

Please attach the DVDFab internal log session from these titles and make sure that you are using the latest version of DVDFab with a valid internet connection.
The laser lens on your drive may be dirty, try cleaning it off with compressed air.

The drive had no problems with a different rip program. Also don't know how to send an internal log. It does have the latest version 11.0.6.6Comment

ok hopefully I sent you the log for the midway UHD. I did upgrade to the latest version for mac and still the 4k will not rip.Comment
