I have MacOs Catalina. I have been trying to use the blu ray copy feature. Every time I try I get a burn failed message. I have contacted you before about this. I have tried the suggested fix of deleting the software and restarting my computer and loading it again. When I open it up the Repair box does not come up. I do not get that error message in my System Preferences to Allow.. I also tried to do the terminal posting suggestions using Finder to utilities and those did not work either. This is quite frustrating. Any suggestions to offer?
