Qustion before i buy

I am running windows xp with ser, pack 3 from what i see this player does not support this OP System. A lot of the features either do not work or are not there . I like the player and the staff that is behind it but i don't want to spend the money if it is not going to work right.

Why is windows vista not supported by media player?

It may say it works with xp but there is no way to make changes like choose a subtitle or you cent turn them off when streaming files. I cant find any setup tools any where sence version 2. And none of the versions play dvds .

Media Player has a long to-do list and may have large changes from version to version as they add and refine features, so make sure you always have the latest.
