Unable to register

I've downloaded the latest Beta as a trial, but every time I input my email & password, the system says it doesn't recognise either/both. I've tried a number of times using various versions of the software.

I'm really puzzled, can anyone advise me please?

There is no way to register a trial version. When you enter the email and password, it checks in the database to see if you have purchased it. Just skip that until you have decided if it meets your needs.
