        Seems yours and mine is on the legacy support page.

        We create the world’s fastest supercomputer and largest gaming platform.

        I wonder if any of the fully supported graphic cards with the latest drivers installed also makes the program to crash.

          Back to earlier video card drivers!

          Updating my GeForce 7800 GTX video drivers to Ver 306.23, DVDFab Media Player start to crash upon opening. All version 1.0.2.4 back to the earliest I had saved. Going back to Nvidia drivers 301.42 fixed my crashing even on 1.0.2.4!

            Hi all:
            Luckly, we tested times, and repro one of the crash problem when launching dvdfab player. Though some of the crashs cause of Nvidia driver. One our testing enviroment which is win8-32bit repro the crash problem with Nvidia 301.42. And after we undate the driver to 306.97, the problem was gone.
            So suggest users who have the crash problem to update your Graphics driver. I think it is not the problem of the DVDFab media player.

                  I am running Win7x64 with nvidia drivers 306.97 (GTX550 Ti) and the application crashes instantly with the following error:

                  EDIT: I also have this error in the player.log:

                  21:25:30 T:5180 ERROR: CRemoteControl::Connect - failed to connect

                  I've uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled again, cleaned any reference in the registry, reinstalled again (with reboots between each steps) and I still get the error. Help!

                      Did a clean install of the 310.33 drivers, uninstalled DVDFab player (1029), rebooted and reinstalled the player. Still get the same error:

                          The player.log is empty, although it does generate an xbmc_crashlog file:

                              There is no hs_internal.log file in the directory. I did a search in case it was located lower in the folder structure but did not find it. Thanks.
